Descripción: We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager for a leading multinational in the FMCG sector. Reporting to the General Manager in Spain, the person in this role is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers and overseeing and driving efficiencies in the order to cash process.

Main duties: – Manage monthly demand planning process for Country. Ensure replenishment forecasts are submitted per divisional timeline and accurately entered into SAP APO Demand Planning Module. Ensure root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of Demand Planning results.

Develop and improve the collaborative demand planning process via CBP in order to increase Demand Planning Accuracy, improve service and reduce obsolescence.

Support Marketing planning of new product launches and promotions. Review and challenge volumes and timing as appropriate.

Collaborate with customers to support joint planning (demand planning, secondary sales forecasting, promotion planning, etc) using available customer data.

Seek opportunities for simplification by managing SKUs and driving rationalization/harmonization initiatives. Ensure timely maintenance of SKU portfolio.

Adopt and “end-to-end” view of supply chain inventory levels to enrich demand planning performance, remove waste and reduce Out of Stocks.

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado – Administración y Dirección de Empresas

Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años

Conocimientos necesarios:  Master and at least 7-8 years of relevant experience.

Background in top FMCG preferred.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Proven track of successful commercial and people management skills.

In depth knowledge of SAP.

Overall insight of logistics and supply chain processes.

Able to travel 10% of time.
